I hold a BSc in Physiology from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. I’ve gained extensive experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions in the UK, Ireland, and Canada. In Surrey, I was honored as a “Top 3 Rated Physio” in 2018 and 2019.

Having grown up playing competitive sports and recovering from my own injuries, I combine evidence-based pain science with practical strategies to promote self-healing. My approach includes personalized exercise programs, movement strategies, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you manage your recovery sustainably.
